I’ve been really into fitness since my son was born 9 years ago, but like many I have weaves in and out of so many different things to do for exercise and I believe it’s manly due to not finding that ONE. Can’t say enough positive about Les Mills, thank you! Better muscle tone, and lift (think buttocks), maintained cardio thru winter months for outdoor bike riding season. Unbelievable bang for my buck, and my fitness has measurable improved. The music is on target, and if you do a class a few times, because of the beat and the instruction you don’t even have to look at the video to be spot on (helpful when using a tiny phone at a hotel gym). Oh, and the classes are really fun, the instructors are funny and fit (which I find motivating), they don’t bore you to death with too much talking, just the exact right amount of instruction. I can do a great workout at anytime, so my schedule does not push out my workout class. I have gone to gyms on vacation with my phone and headphones and done the weights. The app allows you to download, for offline, any workout.
